This year, Year 1 have been doing lots of new learning like going to the Museum of childhood, learning how to use ABC animation and celebrating explorer day!

On January, year 1 went to Bethnal green to visit the ‘Museum of childhood’ to look at old toys. Year 1 learnt tons of thing like wood was used in lots of toys in the 1800s. A few weeks later, Year 1 celebrated explorers Day by making rockets. They made the binoculars with tissue paper, glitter and coloured paper. The children also learnt about lots of explorer in the past. The children all enjoyed it and had a wonderful Explorers day. Finally, they learnt how to use ABC animations. the website was a cartoon learning games where you can make animations. Year 1 leant how to use Google, how to print and how to log in. Year 1 learnt a lot of skills and made nice animations.
