In year 4 we made cornflour slime. We made it out of cornflour, water and food colouring. We wanted to see if slime was a liquid or a solid. First we put the cornflour on the table, and added a little bit of water. Then we started to mould and mix the cornflour and water together. Next, we chose out of 2 colours and we mixed that in. We had time to play with the slime and it expanded in our hands. We found out that slime does some things like a liquid and some things like a solid.
